Returns & Exchanges

 

Our Guarantee

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items Sent: We will make every effort to correct your order. Call us at 630.227.1400 or email us at brandmartstores@inspiremarketingservices.com to notify us of any errors or defects within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly give you special instructions on how to receive your replacement product(s).

 

Our Policy

  • *Please note* - Only stock items may be returned.  Stock items typically include items such as drinkware, stationary, head wear etc.  On demand embroidered items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product or print quality. Please note most apparel items are made on demand and cannot be returned.  If you are uncertain if an item is stock or made on demand, please email brandmartstores@inspiremarketingservices.com prior to placing your order. 
  • A completed Return Form must be included with any return shipment.
  • Returns are at the customer’s expense.

 Items Returned Due to Incorrect Address/Unavailable Recipient:

 

Inspire will make three attempts over the course of 30 days to reach the purchaser for confirmation of a correct the shipping address. Return shipping fees, receiving charges, and costs for reshipping the package will be charged to the buyer. If no contact is made after three attempts the order will be restocked or, if the item is a non-inventory item, left to the responsibility of the primary store contact. 



Refunds

  • You will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item(s), including taxes.
  • The original shipping charge is not refunded.
  • Before you send your items back to us, please email Customer Service at brandmartstores@inspiremarketingservices.com for a Return Form. Do not ship anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding. You will have to arrange the shipping of the product back to Inspire at your own expense and risk.


Exchanges

  • Merchandise will be exchanged for similar product in a different size and/or color only.
  • You will be credited the amount for the returned item(s), including taxes.
  • Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order. Please note this process is not always sequential.
  • We must receive your return items before we can proceed with the exchange.
  • Before you send your items back to us, please email Customer Service at brandmartstores@inspiremarketingservices.com for a Return Form. Do not ship anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding. You will have to arrange the shipping of the product back to Inspire at your own expense and risk.
  • Please allow 14 business days for your exchange to be delivered to you.
